Job description

We have a brand new opportunity for CRM Campaign Analyst to join our rapidly expanding Customer Insight team her at Liberty.

As our CRM Campaign analyst, you will work with the Liberty London loyalty database across direct mail, email and SMS communications.

Working closely with the Head of Customer Insight and the CRM Manager, you will be responsible for executing best practice campaigns, loyalty programme rewards and campaign analytics.

Profile

You will have 3 years’ experience in marketing analytics or have come from within a campaign production role.
 
You will be an Intermediate SQL user as well as an established BI Office user (or similar eg Tableau). A Knowledge of SCV data structures is a must, as is an advanced understanding of Excel and PowerPoint programmes.

Ideally hold one of the following degrees in either IT, data science, mathematics or science.
