We have an exciting opportunity for a compensation & benefits manager to join a global retail brand based in Central London.The ideal candidate for this role will take ownership of the reward function for regional territories.You will manage all compensation and benefits as well as international moves internally.
Responsibilities Include:
Manage the HR budgeting, planning and reporting process across all areas of the business
Manage compensation and benefits strategy for all functions for regional territories
Provide salary and compensation benchmarking, taking into account up to date market surveys, national statistics, trends etc.
Ensure that the benefits strategy is competitive and appropriate, across Head office and Retail populations
Ensure tracking and control of HR budgets on a monthly basis liaising with financial controllers, management & recruitment.
Be a key contributor to all budget and budget review processes
Proactively brings market intelligence to the decisions we make to ensure our compensation and benefit programmes are locally relevant while at the same time in line with our global ethos.
Define and monitor HR KPIs, providing analysis and insights for retail as well as head office operations


As the compensation & benefits manager based in Central London you will display the following attributes:
8+ years related total rewards and/or human resources experience in a multinational retail company
Fluent in English, & Spanish, French is desirable.
Proficient in HRIS (Workday experience an asset), Microsoft Excel and other Office software
Detail-oriented and committed to a high degree of accuracy
Highly numerate and exceptional attention to detail
You will have superior analytical skills and advanced excel capabilities and strong working knowledge of HRIS and payroll systems.
Ability to build strong relationships, along with excellent communication skills
Focused on results even with challenging priorities
Exceptional influencing and decision making skills
Good commercial awareness, creative thinking, a dynamic and pro-active individual
Proven, strong commercial business acumen

High level of discretion in dealing with confidential and sensitive information
Ability to excel in a cross-functional and remote team environment
Knowledge of global rewards programmes
