About the Team

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic Online Finance team supporting our high growth online area of the business. As the Business Partner for this area your main focus will be on trade reporting, from ensuring the overall sakes number is robust to providing detailed analysis to assist senior management decision making.
Sales reports are constantly in the spot light making this an important and high profile role within the business.

About the Role

You will:

Ensure the weekly reporting packs are correct and present for Director Trade meetings.

Conduct weekly and monthly reconciliations of sales components, management accounts and stock finance and ensure the delivery of accurate commercial insight through analysis, identifying risk and opportunities.

Review month end position with relevant Directors and the Senior Leadership team.

Forecast and Budget for despatches and sales per area and maintain and manage returns rate analysis.

Take ownership for the sales reporting and build good business links with relevant partners across the business. You will also produce timely MI to support decisions and projects and assist these partners to drive sales opportunities and hep produce business cases and profitability models.

Assist the wider Online team in producing sales and other weekly KPI reports and appraise opportunities or tests on their sales impact and profitability.

Profile

About You

Qualified Accountant, ACCA, ACA or CIMA.

Confident working with detailed spreadsheets and good knowledge of data manipulation, logic, formatting and formulas is essential.

SQL experience is desirable.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships with both finance and non finance employees.

Logical thought process with the ability to solve problems.
