Job description

We have an amazing opportunity for a Buying Administrator to join us here at Liberty. This role is responsible for assisting with the planning and selection of a range of products for our Home category, providing Liberty with a true point of difference whilst delivering on business and financial objectives.

What you'll be doing:

Assisting the Buyer in the Buying process to include sourcing, negotiation, orders & re-orders
Maintaining & updating the product file price list & products list as relevant
Working with press office to maximise coverage and ensure the Press Office is briefed on new and exclusive product for the forthcoming season
Feed in all pictures and copy to Press Office to allow for regular website updates
Assisting with the provision to the web team with all relevant contacts for product ranges for on line sales
Working closely with the Merchandiser in season to maximise re-order opportunities and minimise end of season markdowns
Working in conjunction with the Merchandising department in chasing deliveries or new season merchandise
Attending weekly floor walks with Retail Operations to review and maximise in -season sales
Attending monthly floor walks with merchandising to review sales and sell through
Assisting in providing Retail Operations with the appropriately formatted information to assist with training and product knowledge as necessary

You'll be a lover of all things Home, with experience of working in a fast paced environment  from ideally a Buying or Merchandising background. You will be methodic in your approach to work, and slick when it comes to organisition and time management.
