Are you a commercially minded individual with excellent skincare & make-up product knowledge? Do you have a proven track record of driving sales performance and exceeding departmental targets?

We have an amazing opportunity for a Beauty Obsessed Business Manager to join our legendary Beauty Hall here at Liberty on a Fixed Term Contract for a Maternity Cover.

As the Beauty Business Manager, you will be accountable for inspiring the team to drive sales, and provide customers with unrivalled level of service, offering them a Liberty shopping experience like no other.

Profile

We are looking for someone who can:
 
  • Create a clientelling business that drive sales and supports the business strategy maximising opportunities within Beauty.
  • Definine the service and sales strategy for the department; laying out the future direction with a plan of how to achieve business growth.
  • Analyse latest brands and competitor activity to facilitate future strategic planning.
  • Develope a people strategy that supports sales and service, working with internal stakeholders to identify and develop potential talent
  • Drive performance through the monthly and annual review.
  • Be visible on the sales floor, demonstrating the service for sales standards expected of the team
  • Actively use information from weekly trade report to make suggestions for future sales growth

You will come from an established beauty background with knowledge of luxury brands and customer profiles; have a drive for excellence, extensive management experience and a proven track record of driving sales and delivering results
