Job description

Our client is an eCommerce platform specialises in Flash Sales. They are currently working with over 15,000 brands providing first-class fashion, accessories, cosmetics, mother & kids, home products to millions of subscribers over the world.

The Frankfurt office is seeking a BD manager to acquire new business partners, and a trilingual (German, English & Chinese) BD Director to manage the team.

Job Responsibilities
 Create, manage and implement a comprehensive strategy in line with our business needs, maximizing online capability, profitability and consistency.
 Sourcing of competitive Europe products for Chinese online market.
 Responsible for export related tasks including logistic, custom clearance, and product verifications.
 Developing successful online launching campaigns using company’s market leading e-business platform.

Profile

 5+ years working experience, including merchandise, sales, retail or ebusiness related field.
 Work experience in China or working with Chinese companies is a plus. 
 Strong negotiation skills 
 Solid management skill, be able to lead and train new members of the team 
 Proven experience and knowledge in sales & marketing, business development, project management, investment and office management. 
 Possess rich resource in Europe market and strong knowledge of the local business for ready to wear, shoes, bags, accessories product. 
 Wide and strong relationship with local government units, familiar with crossborder business process and policy 
 Proficiency in local language & English; BD Director applicants must be fluent in Chinese at the same time.
