Job description

You will join an ambitious, mission- driven and rapidly-growing company.

Working very closely with the Commercial Manager, this role is essential to help grow the business, approaching new projects and helping the company branch out into new and exciting horizons

The role is essentially to source new business, follow leads through, gain new contacts. You will be switched on and happy to work across all areas of Business Development, from cold calling to pitch and presentation.

You will be used to working in busy sales environments with a true desire to succeed, experienced working to targets and a commission structure

Responsibilities and Experience Required
Researching, creating and implementing a business sales plan, building pipeline and converting it into new business achieving monthly targets

Create and develop commercial opportunities consistent with our brand values with clients maximizing revenue growth.

Experience in spotting opportunities in sectors and markets for business growth.
Closely monitoring industry activity and understanding the market forces influencing the business and potential clients.

Meeting with potential clients and explaining the Positive Luxury offering and value proposition.
Leading weekly trade updates with Commercial Manager with 100% accuracy on pipeline and targets.
Ensure that the CRM database is kept up to date and all information is properly tagged and tracked


Ideally 2 years+ of B2B sales experience.
The ability to think strategically, spot opportunities and trends and incorporate them into the business development strategy.
Experience and contacts within the luxury industry preferable.
A professional and engaging manner, with a demonstrable legacy of hitting targets.
An ability to consistently make good decisions through a combination of analysis, wisdom, experience and judgment.
Entrepreneurial self-starter spirit – the business doesn’t believe in micro management
A warm and friendly individual with the ability to build honest, long lasting relationships.
