Job description

Typical responsibilities include:

- Auditing accounts

- Processing receipts, sales invoices and payments

- Maintaining financial records

- Preparing data for VAT return

- Calculating product cost price, and preparing pricing of production

- Creating budget sheets for seasonal spend with senior management

- Processing employee expense claims

- Answering the phone and reading/sending emails to clients

- Meeting and greeting clients when they come into the office

- Minuting meetings/ photocopying/ filing and other administrative duties

Profile

Other skills needed for the training opportunity include:

- Good verbal and written communication skills

- Excellent attention to detail

- The ability to maintain clear and accurate financial records

- Computer literacy and the ability to use various specialist applications, Sage trained preferred

- Reasonable word processing skills
