B2B Manager - Europe

who you are
We are looking for an agile, results-focused B2B Manager with a talent for influencing, negotiating, building relationships and organising self and others. The B2B Manager will develop strong relationships with external partners in order to find new business opportunities to grow lululemon in Europe.

a day in the life
Build our store-in-store (concession) and wider partner base
Develop meaningful and broad relationships with partner executives
Lead contractual negotiations with new and on-going partners
Manage the day to day operations of existing and future partners
Explore and present new genres of partners to complement our existing store base
Ad-hoc Project Management
Regular travel across Europe meeting with potential partners

Profile

must haves: 
Proven B2B experience within a fashion retail environment and partner based model.
Can demonstrate success in developing partnerships with a variety of suitable vendors / partners across europe
Can demonstrate success in developing partnerships with EMEA department stores in both concession and wholesale set up.
Proven ability to develop strong and collaborative working relationships.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work across multi department functions
You love to work autonomously, would consider yourself a ‘self starter’ and love to develop new opportunities
