Job description

TASKS
•Responsible for optimizing sales and daily operation in the store, in close
cooperation with the Store Manager & team
•Proactive and sales driven, while having a practical approach to everyday tasks
Supporting the Manager in all operational and sales tasks
SKILLS REQUIRED
•Extensive experience at Supervisor level or above, within fashion & retail
•Experienced in driving sales targets and KPIs
•Professional approach and ability to manage a sales team
•A natural interest & knowledge of fashion
•Experienced in luxury customer service
•Result driven
•Responsible and ambitious
•Thrives in a busy environment
•Must speak fluent English
•Knowledge and experience of IT Personal and general retail operations
•Organized and in full control when under pressure
•Structured with good coordination skills

Profile

By Malene Birger are looking for a new Assistant Store Manager for our Flagship store on Marylebone High St. We are looking for an experienced individual who can deliver an exceptional level of sale & customer service, give excellent product knowledge, with a real passion for our brand, along with the ability to fit into a universe of committed colleagues and support the Manager in all aspects of operating the store and managing the team. We expect you to deliver high quality in all aspects of your work. This implies, that you are authentic towards the customers, proud of being an ambassador of the brand and constantly strive to increase the knowledge of our brand. You are a professional by attitude, helping your colleagues to understand and work in correspondence with the BMB universe and utilizing the BMB values in any customer, colleague or manager relation. Previous retail experience at Supervisor level or above, is essential.
