Assistant Sales Executive
Rag & bone is currently looking for an Assistant Sales Executive to join our wholesale team.This person will support the Sales Manager with daily reporting, communicating with accounts and sample management.We’re looking for someone who is passionate about rag & bone and is excited to learn about the wholesale business. The perfect candidate will be extremely detail oriented, an excellent communicator and comfortable using a variety of formulas to manipulate data in excel
•Manage, maintain and pull reports for selling for all accounts
•Manage open order report
•Maintain all Product Knowledge documents
•Monitor and maintain all EDI transmission and check vs. bulk orders
•Conduct product trainings
•Order entry and maintenance
•Facilitate market set up (manage market temps, samples, showroom, models, JOOR updates)
•Assist with specialty and major market appointments as needed
•Daily communication with clients and completion of administrative/back office requests
- Highly proficient in Excel
- Extreme attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to speak more than one language is a plus but not essential
- Ability to manage multiple high priority tasks efficiently
