We are looking for an excellent all-rounder to join our small team based in South West London. You will have a can-do attitude and be full of positive energy, be creative and willing to get stuck into all aspects of running a small business! A passion for jewellery is a plus but not essential – the right candidate will have experience of the customer service industry, excellent organisation and time management skills, be reliable and dedicated, and excel working in a fast-paced environment.
Your roles will include:
-Managing our online orders from various online platforms
-Uploading new products and creating captivating product descriptions
-Dealing with and processing customer returns
-Managing and preparing wholesale orders
-Social media management
-Stock control and ordering
Starting salary of £9 p/h on a 3 month trial, with a view to a permanent position with increased benefits and responsibility.
