AREA MANAGER WANTED wanted for a Premium Ladies Footwear Brand


Location: North UK

Salary: £40-45k

Experience needed:

*Previous Area Manager experience essential, preferably within Fashion,
Cosmetics or Footwear retail
*Managed combined Store turnovers of at least £10m
*Commerciality is key- must be KPI driven and have a proven track record on
how to demonstrate personal successes
*Possess exceptional man management skills
*Full P&L accountability experience a must
*Know how to identify quick wins to maximise sale potential
*Strategically minded person, with an assertive proactive approach
*Be an effective people manager, who knows how to develop talent and be a
strong motivational leader.

Preferable live in the Leeds/Manchester Area

Job Role:
*Drive sales through the 20 retail sites, including Boutiques and Concessions
in the North of the UK
*To recruit the right people with the right behaviours to be strong brand
ambassadors
*Lead, motivate and develop store management teams ensuring that managers
strive to exceed existing performance standards
*To effectively manage new store openings and closures
*Create a high performing culture through effective people management and
clear succession plans
*To ensure the stores operate efficiently and effectively and that all
operational areas are maintained in line with Company expectations
*Manage the stores profit & loss account within budget.
