Job description

The Account Executive will partner with the Sales Director in oversight and management of the primary sales initiatives within the department, focusing on the European Distributor Business specifically.

Duties:
•Report Directly to the Sales Director
•Manage Financial planning and relationships of key distributors and agents across Europe
oWork with the Sales Director to develop relationships with each distributor; partner in communicating financial, operational and brand goals
oDrive daily communications with partners pertaining to performance, operations, calendar, critical strategies within each territory
oManage existing European business model and co-own growth and development of new distributors or partners: Account Executive will play a role in building and developing these relationships and business expectations
oAnalyze and evaluate partner business performance and develop growth strategies to meet seasonal and annual performance targets
oEnsure partners meet the agreed business expectation and push and support them to grow the brands effectively within their regions
oTravel to various territories: Co-lead sales meetings, conduct in depth product reviews with partners and sales staff, guide each territory in our Brand image, direction and key strategies seasonally, support selling campaigns as needed
•Brand Ambassador: Serve as primary liaise to internal and external partners to educate corporate merchant team on market needs across your territories and champion global brand strategies to external partners
•In-season business analytics: Drive seasonal hindsight, pricing analysis, weekly selling analysis and strategies to maximize in season performance
•Inventory Management: Co-own seasonal projections and forecasting, partner in ATS planning, manage in season inventory levels and replenishment opportunity across accounts to maximize revenue opportunity
•Partner with Sales Assistant on sampling requirements, order deadline requirements, order entry and selling analysis for these regions
•Work in close partnership with int’l/domestic sales team to partner on growth strategy and implementation





Skills/Qualifications:
•Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience
•In depth knowledge of women’s contemporary and emerging designer markets
•Understanding of the European Markets – specifically Italy, France, Benelux, Germany, Spain, Greece and Russia
•Strong Organization skills and multi-tasking skills
•Strong Interpersonal relationship skills
•Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook PowerPoint, and Adobe
•Analytical capability
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, high performance environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy, accountability and confidentiality
•Ability to be flexible and adaptable to company requirements
•Exceptional follow-up skills and ability to analyze work-load and plan accordingly
